My take on this style is not a literal one…to achieve the look of the photos, you will likely need a small barrel curling iron, lots of hair extensions, lots of teasing, and a crap-load of hairspray! But this is a similar aesthetic and I opted for smaller curls so that the ‘frizzy look’ could be accomplished w/out any teasing. The technique is still the same but frankly, I like this better.
